ACC Bookkeeper (Full-Time)
Primary Objective: The ACC Bookkeeper is responsible for facilitating all financial transactions and reports. In addition, they coordinate office activities to support a welcoming, productive atmosphere for staff and parishioners. They use bookkeeping software to record deposits, payments, financial transactions and follow up on any discrepancies for root cause analysis and improvement. Provides support for ordering, receiving, invoicing, inventorying and documenting supplies for the parishes in the ACC. Assists with banking, payroll, standardization of accounting practices, parishioner requests and secretarial duties as needed.
