We are seeking a self-managed individual to assist with the overall management of the ACC. The ACC Business Administrator position is a member of the Pastor’s leadership team representing the governance area of the ACC. This position is considered the Chief Financial Officer for the eight parishes of the ACC, both civil and ecclesial. Primary objective is being responsible for the management of all financial activities, administrative functions, hiring, human resources, care of all facilities, and all related systems of the eight parishes. The ACC Business Administrator provides leadership for all ACC staff and gives assistance to the pastor in key decision making within a framework of shared ministry and Catholic values consistent with the mission and purpose of the Catholic Church.
The ACC Business Administrator position is a full-time position with a full benefit package available. Experience in business administration is preferred. Attention to detail and discretion are essential, along with effective ways to achieve better results. Position is open until filled.
